The RID'UP safety stirrup is a great innovation for more safety in equestrian sports and to optimize the rider's performance on the horse. Unlike other safety stirrups, the RID'UP PLUS is a closed stirrup that - thanks to an articulated clip - detaches from the stirrup leathers in the event of a fall. This has several significant advantages: Because the stirrup comes off completely, the risk of the rider's foot getting wedged in the stirrup is reduced, drastically reducing the risk of injury to the rider's foot and joint. Being pulled along by the horse and the associated serious risk of injury are also minimized. In addition the risk of a stirrup breaking, which unfortunately can happen with open stirrups, is reduced. Especially for jumping, this poses an enormous risk of injury.

Another special feature of this product is that the stirrup is suspended rotated at 90°. This automatically results in a natural positioning of the foot and the stirrup leathers lie flat on the saddle flap. The resulting benefits are clear: a steady, naturally aligned rider's foot provides more overall stability in the rider's posture and can thus help improve overall performance. In addition, shock-absorbing elastomer components under the spiked tread provide amazing optimisation of the rider's balance on the horse - even during active movement. This can also have a positive impact on overall performance.
